Meet Our Board Members
Audrey Kennedy
Ed.D., BCBA
President
Audrey serves as the president of the Idaho Association of Behavior Analysis. She works as a therapist for the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare, Developmental Disabilities Crisis Prevention and Court Services.
In 2012 she became a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA) and received her Master’s of Science in Educational Psychology and Applied Behavior Analysis from George Mason University.
Audrey has worked in the field of ABA for over 17 years; working in homes, private alternative schools, public schools, communities, and facilities. Her experience has enabled her to develop expertise in the areas of severe problem behavior, verbal behavior, functional life skills training, coaching, staff training, and professional development.
Bobbi Hamilton
M.A., BCBA
VICE PRESIDENT
Bobbi serves as the vice president of the Idaho Association of Behavior Analysis. She is currently self employed, providing direct services to families and consulting with agencies through her business, Idaho ABA Consultants, LLC.
Bobbi has been working in the field of ABA for 15 years. She has provided services within a center, the community, and in homes. Bobbi enjoys working with young learners to increase communication and social interactions skills.
Previously a program specialist with the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare, Bobbi supported Medicaid providers with rule and operational process compliance.
In 2016 she became a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA). Prior to 2016 Bobbi was a board-certified assistant behavior analyst (BCaBA).
Shelbi Morrison
M.Ed., BCBA
TREASURER
Shelbi Morrison serves as the treasurer for the Idaho Association of Behavior Analysis. She is the director of clinical services and a co-owner of Trellis ABA. Her previous experience includes working as a school-based BCBA.
Shelbi became a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA) in 2018. She holds a master’s degree in education from the University of Washington.
Shelbi has worked in the field of behavior analysis since 2011, providing services in home, community, and educational settings and supporting individuals with diverse needs through compassionate, evidence-based practices.
Courtney Inman
M.A., BCBA
Secretary
Courtney serves as the secretary of the Idaho Association of Behavior Analysis. She works as a therapist for the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare, Developmental Disabilities Crisis Prevention and Court Services.
Courtney became a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA) in 2020. She received a Master’s degree in forensic psychology from the University of North Dakota.
Courtney has worked in the field of ABA since 2008. She has worked with individuals with developmental disabilities of all ages and has provided direct therapy, case management, and behavior consultation in homes, communities, schools, hospitals, and facilities.
